Great Gorgeous Government
By: Zosia K
The government in the Byzantine Empire is probably the best one in the world. There are no beggars on the streets. When someone start saying he doesn’t have money, then, the government asks that person to sweep the street, in exchange for some food. Then, that person would get an actual job, and get money! That way, everyone has a job, and everyone is happy!
If you would finally come here (that’s a very good deception), the first place you should go is somewhere where you can exchange your gold coins, to the wonderful Byzantine “Gold Denarius”, which is the currency used here.

The western Empire, is having the dark ages right now. However we, the Byzantines, are having a great time! It’s so safe! We have made 700 fortifications, new cities, and new monasteries!
